How card processing is connected to your business, and what you'll see until it is.
Where to find this in Storey: Your Storey contact sets this up
Card processing details (App ID, App Key, EPI and so on) are entered by Storey or your Storey partner. Merchants never enter them, which keeps your account details safe.
- Until a location is connected, you'll see a banner: "This business needs … credentials before it can take real payments".
- If you have more than one location, each one can have its own connection or share another location's connection. Your Storey contact chooses this for you.
- Card machines (terminals) are set up at the same time.
