Ring up a sale

Add items

1. On the Floor home, tap Register.
2. Tap an item to add it. In the picture view, tap Add, or Choose when the item comes in sizes or options.
3. To add a discount, tap one of your ready-made discounts. Some discounts ask for a manager: you'll see "A manager has to approve this discount" and they tap Approve with their PIN.

Attach a customer (optional)

• Start typing a name in the customer search. Tap Change to pick someone else, or the X to remove them.
• If that customer has a saved cart, you can Load it. You can also Save this cart for later.

Take payment

1. Tap Pay. The button shows the amount due.
2. Under "How is this being paid?", choose Terminal, Key Entry, Gift card or Cash. If you only take cash, the cash pad opens straight away and shows the change to give.
3. Paying more than one way? Tap Split payment, enter the cash part (or use Gift card or Store credit), then Take the card next or Finish the sale.

Finish

When the sale is done, you can Print receipt, Open drawer or send the receipt by email or text. Then tap Next sale.
