Customers and loyalty
Keep customer records, import a list, and reward regulars with points and tiers.

Customer records
- Add a customer at the register from the customer search, or in the Console under Customers.
- A customer's page shows their purchase history and notes, plus cards on file and loyalty if those are on.
Importing a list
Use the customer import. Download template, fill it in, choose how to match existing customers (Email address, Phone number or Full name), then tap Import.
Points
Under Points earned on a sale, set Points per dollar spent.
Tiers
Tap Add a tier and give it a points threshold, so customers reach it on their own. Or mark it Given by a manager only — no points threshold.
